America West FlightFund (Discontinued Program) - Air Partners

Looks like I will be flying AW for the first time ever. Their fares are substantially lower than my usual carrier, UA. Is there any way I can get UA miles (or any other airline miles) for a domestic flight in the continental US?

Not really. HP's only two domestic partners are Hawaiian and Big Sky. Since CO left the fold there have not been any partners for domestic routes. Here's the current partner info from HP's web site:
