America West FlightFund (Discontinued Program) - Sprint Bonus

I am curious if anyone else has switched to Sprint in the past few months, and if so, if and when you received your bonus miles.

I am not able to get info from either Sprint or HP on this.

I switched my cell phone service to Sprint in March, and that was the last of my requirements for the 1-2-3, 5,000 elite bonus mile promo. Everything else has posted but this. I was told it would be after my first bill. My first bill was due and paid by April 22. I don't want to push if it just needs more time, but I also don't want to let this go to long and have problems.

Anyone have experience with this?

I switched to the Sprint Complete Sense package end of March and e mailed them early May to ask where my bonus miles were. Got an e mail saying they recorded the miles 4/28 but they would not post to my HP account until I received my third bill. Don't ask me to explain, I can't. But June will be my third bill and hopefully my miles will post then.

I switched my long distance service in early April, and have just received a pre-printed post card saying that they did not have my HP FF number, and to call and give them that information.

When I called, one of the menu item was to update my FF number, and I provided the info.

The pre-printed postcard and the phone tree menu for FF number seems to indicate that not posting the miles is a systemic problem, and it will probable be a few more weeks before I see any of the miles http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

I signed up for Sprint on April 6 as the last thing I had to do to qualify for the 5000 Elite mile promo. The website signon had a place to give your FF number which I did fill in.

A few weeks later, I also received the postcard stating that they needed my FF number. I called the voice response system AND emailed them. Both the Voice system and the e-mail response stated that my America West FF number had been added to my account.

I still haven't seen any miles. So last night I logged on to the Sprint site and checked my FF number there (sign on, click the "Customer Care" tab near the top of the screen, then click "Frequent Flyer" on the right of the screen). Well, it was blank.

So....
I filled in my number and clicked "update". But tonite I see it's missing again. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/mad.gif

Just wanted to let you know I finally got the first portion of the bonus miles posted today! So there is hope!

I just signed on to say I recieved the first part of my Sprint bonus today also!

I called flight fund and she sent off a note to the correct department to let them know I had everything needed, and to post the miles!
