They're a long way from a strike. I don't think it will get to that point. You never know in this industry, but at any rate, that's several months away before even having to worry about it.

America West Airlines has reached a tentative agreement on a three-year contract with the airline’s 1,549 pilots, the company said Monday.
If approved, the contract would bring an end to the longest mediated case ever before the National Mediation Board, said Ted Phipps, secretary-treasurer of the America West Airline Pilots Association.

"The union's executive council still must draft and approve the final contract language and present the agreement to members in early January, he said. Pilots would then have at least 21 days to review the agreement, attend presentations and vote."
