Las Vegas - Shows...ok, I need some help

I'll be in LV in early April and need to get some show tickets on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday. I'm staying at Caesars and would like to go to Mystere, O, Celine, Mamma Mia, Siegried & Roy...not very tough tickets.

Any recommendations on how to get the best tickets aside from calling the theater directly?

Gamble lots and have your Host take care of you?

If you want tickets to "O" you might want to buy them now since some of the weekend shows for April are already sold out. It looks like they are dark on Thursday. This is a fabulous show to see if you like Cirqu du Solei.

Unfortunately, not an option..."lots" no, some yes but not enough to get taken care of.

Just checked it out and all remaining seats are of pretty poor quality. Is this really all that is left or can I get better tickets?

Many times excellent seats are available 90 minutes before showtime by standing in the cancellation line. I recommend getting there 2 hours before the show.

I've heard of people getting great seats this way. Apparently they hold some seats for VIP comps. If they're not given away then the tickets will be released for sale.

I preferred Mystere and Blue Man Group to 'O'
