America West FlightFund (Discontinued Program) - Thanks to HP

Mrs. Frugal has a travel voucher for a small amount. It says that travel must be completed by December. Her next HP tirp is not until February [NASCAR races in Vegas]. A call to FlightFund was no help, but Customer Service was a completely different story. The CSA was both cheerful and helpful. She immediately agreed to extend the tiny voucher until the end of March, 2003. She then immediately faxed a confirming letter for the ticketing agent.
