Travel Technology - Portable DVD Recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a portable DVD player that weighs less than 3lbs, has at LEAST 7" screen, and is in the range of $300-$500?

Never used one, but saw something about the great deal on this Initial player at Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0000C83IH/qid%3D1073490722/102-4016781-4762523) ... hard to go wrong at the price they're selling it for!

Samsung DVD-L1200 (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0000SWAFK/qid%3D1073491019/102-4016781-4762523) ... now that's a nice looking piece of hardware ... I was going to post if I were going to spend the money on a portable DVD I'd go with a 10" Samsung model (DVD-L100 (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00006J07X/qid%3D1073491117/102-4016781-4762523) or DVD-L200 (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00009PRZC/qid%3D1073491011/102-4016781-4762523)), even though it's a little higher than your price range ...

Sams club sells a nice little Polaroid with a rotating screen (handy, you can put the player flat down or just turn it to prevent people in front of you pushing their seat into it...), has a decent screen, remote, does MP3's and comes with AC and DC chargers, all for just $339.
