It's been on Slashdot (http://www.slashdot.org) and other places. Here's the guy's blog (http://www.michaelhanscom.com/eclecticism/), where the offending image was posted.

If I were Microsoft, I would have done the same thing, except once I made the decision to can him, his badge wouldn't have granted him access to the building that morning. His manager would be responsible for gathering up his personal things and leaving them for him to pick up at the front desk.

Inappropriate disclosure of information, no matter how small, calls for immediate dismissal.
