I am in the US - does anyone know if I can use (with a plug adaptor) the battery charger that comes with the Sony DSC-P72 in the UK?

Most, if not all Sony chargers are for 100V-240V, just look at the specs printed on it's label. I regularly charge my camera batteries in Europe with no difficulty, using (as you stated) only an adapter to conform to the plug type. |
