I will be travelling to India soon and was looking for a 220V charger/adaptor for my SONY DCRTRV740 model. Any idea where to check for? I did a quick search on yahoo and couldn't find any site where its readily available.

Are you sure the standard adapter won't do 220V? If not then you need a BC-VM50 charger for your InfoLithium batteries. It does 100-240volts input.

It should fit the following batteries:
Sony NP FM50
Sony NP FM70
Sony NP FM90
Sony NP FM91
This Froogle link will point you to the cheapest resellers:

But as I said, make sure your current charger really doesn't do 220.

Guess what ! I have a AC-L10B and this adaptor takes in 100 - 240v ( 50/60hz). I had assumed it will take in only 110v but it takes upto 240v. Thanks Scott !!
