Swiss International Airlines - What my e-statement should show as Gold ?

Hi !

I just discovered that website some days ago, and I'm very happy to join you.

I have my first question for the Swiss Travel Club specialists ; I qualified for Gold somme weeks ago, but in the "blue box" of my e-statement on their website there is no mention fo my Gold status. It just say :

Swiss TravelClub Silver / Swiss TravelClub Gold Club Miles*

Club Miles accrued since 01.03.03 81 259
Club Miles needed for Gold qualification 80 000

Should I have a mention of my Gold status in my e-statement ? And where do they show that kind of mention ?

Could someone post a copy of what an e-statement should show ?

Call the Travelclub Hotline 01 654 54 55 and ask them. As soon as your status gets adjusted in the system everything becomes 'golden' http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif as soon as you log in.

That's a good question ! How looks the layout for the Gold members ? I'm interested because I never seen it... and unfortunately I will probably never seen it http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif Could someone post a print screen by hiding confidential information of course ? Another question would be how does it look for Circle members? Does everything become black?? I also noticed that there is no more description of Circle Member benefits on the Travelclub website anymore.

As for the Circle member, the website is all black with Circle logo on it...

No status requalification part also.. for the rest it is the same as for TC Gold member...
