Swiss International Airlines - Best seats coach and business

I'm traveling on the following flights next week :
Y class lx647 cdg-zrh
Y lx3000 zrh-jfk (AA flight)
Y lx019 ewr-zrh
Y lx638 zrh-cdg
and in April :
C class lx633 cdg-zrh
C lx168 zrh-nrt
C lx173 delhi-zrh
C lx632 zrh-cdg

Any advice on best seats for those flights,in Y and in C ? Also, what's the best way to book seat and then check-in in advance, In Paris, NY, and Delhi ?

FYI = I have basic TC card.

I believe that on the A330 Y class in a few rows in the back where there are 3 seats, or is it 4(?), one cannot raise the seat separators completely.

On the A330 in coach, I'd suggest you go for the exit row, 28. Alternatively, I like the first row of coach with a little extra legroom, 22.

In C I think the seats are all pretty much the same. Just avoid the middle seats (E) on the MD11.

To get the seats, just call any LX reservation office and they'll assign them to you if they are still open.

What do you mean with "check-in in advance"? At the airport, or downtown, or by phone? With or without checked luggage?

I meant Check-in without luggage ? like Internet etc ? thanks ! I have been assigned Row 7HJ ZRH-NRT and Row 8K on Delhi-ZRH.

Telephone check-in is available if you travel without luggage and in C/F class or are a TC Silver or above member.

In Paris, dial 0148 16 50 30.
In New York this service is unavailable.
In Dehli, dial 011 565 25 31.

Internet check-in is not offered.
