America West FlightFund (Discontinued Program) - On-Line Booking Bonus Question

Does HP credit the bonus for on-line purchase at time of purchase, or after flight?

Will I get it if I use my Flight Fund account when booking, but switch to Nonepass when checking-in?

T&C doesn't mention that you have to credit to FF, but I would be relatively sure that you would have to.

Mileage credited 7 - 10 days after travel...

The 3k bonus posts about 1 week after you complete the itinerary - I have no idea what swithcing the FF number to CO will do. That 3k bonus is great - between that and my PLAT bonus, I'm getting 12,500 miles a week for my 4,100 mile R/T commut to Newark.

NJDavid, I've faced the same thing several times. Unfortunately, you will be not automatically credited with the bonus if you change the number in the PNR to your NonePass account.

However, you can call FlightFund after the fact and tell them you didn't get the bonus. They'll credit you.

In theory, to receive the 3,000 mile online booking bonus, you must complete your trip and earn your roundtrip segment miles in your FlightFund account.
