America West FlightFund (Discontinued Program) - Contents of HP Elite Package

I just comped to silver on HP and was wondering what is in the package. Does it contain club passes like CO?

I just earned Silver also by flying 25,000 miles or more and it has been over a month since I earned it and I have received nothing. The only thing I about it is what the Silver phone number is.

Platinum Package contains:

- Membership card
- Travel profile (to fill out and mail back to America West)
- Recognition certificates to present to employees providing exceptional service
- Two bag tags
- Elite membership guidebook

I didn't receive any America West Club passes or drink/headset coupons in my kit.

I'd like to see the inside of an AWA Club for once but as far as drink/headset coupons go, I usually am able to upgrade to first as it's a benefit of Elite status! Also, HP has extended all 2001 Elite memberships to 2003 so we're good for at least another year. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
