America West FlightFund (Discontinued Program) - When should EUA clear for Platinum?

As a newly minted Platinum, I have a question. I know it says three days, but when exactly should I be looking for an upgrade to clear for a flight I have on Tuesday at noon? It is almost sunday-noon right now. Should I call to check on it?

HP platinum should have gotten the upgrade early Sat maorning for a tuesday flight. Call Flight fund to check. The e-mail notification seems spotty at best.
