America West Thanks Its Customers; Hometown Airline Hosting Customer Appreciation Days at Sky Harbor
During the busy holiday season, America West is taking the opportunity to thank its customers and deliver seasons' greetings and best wishes. In appreciation for customers' support, and in the spirit of the season, the hometown airline is giving away two pairs of roundtrip tickets to anywhere the airline flies each day over three of the busiest days of the holiday travel period, Dec. 20, 21 and 22.
``On behalf of the entire America West team, we want to extend our best wishes to our customers for the holidays,'' said Joette Schmidt. ``We truly appreciate their loyalty and we want them to know that our commitment to providing them with the excellent product and service they deserve is stronger than ever.''
Employees from various workgroups will be on hand to greet customers, thank them for their business and answer questions. A booth will be set-up at the ticketing level in Terminal 4 where customers can enter to win tickets and pick up collateral highlighting the benefits their hometown airline offers and the enhancements made to programs and services provided. Customers can also sign up for FlightFund, the airline's worldwide frequent flyer program, and have their picture taken in a fun, airline-themed photo backdrop. The booth will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and drawings will be held at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. each day.
