America West FlightFund (Discontinued Program) - How to earn extra 3,000 miles...?

Hi I am a platinum with Continental. I have no status with America West. As you know America West now offers extra 3,000 miles if you book on-line.
I have this dilenma - as long as I show my Continental OnePass Card, I always get upgraded (and platinum bonus miles), but I won't earn this extra 3,000 miles. If I show my America West card, I will get 3,000 miles but no upgrade/bonus miles.
Is there anyway I get all - upgrade, 3,000 miles, and bonus miles?
America West is not my company's preferred airline, so I won't be able to use matching program through Corporate AWArd thing.

Corporate AWArds is an air travel reward program designed specifically with small businesses in mind. For years, airlines have rewarded large corporations with discounted fares for their air travel. With America West's Corporate AWArds program, smaller businesses can now enjoy discounted fares as well.</font>

There is a risk, though, your HP status may be for life, the airline, not yours.

1. Make online reservation with FlightFund account number.
2. Upon check-in, inquire about upgrade availability and present your OnePass Elite card.
3. Ask the agent to leave your FlightFund account number in for mileage accrual.
When I was working on qualifying for FlightFund Silver, I only had one agent refuse to leave the FlightFund number in when upgrading me to first class. Upon landing in Phoenix, I had the gate agent switch the number to my Flight Fund number and the miles (including 3,000 internet bonus) posted correctly.
You will not, however, get the Elite bonus miles using this method.
