America West FlightFund (Discontinued Program) - Any sign up bonus ?

I'm new to the America West program. When I went to sign up, the web site asks for an promo code. Does anyone have any codes for a bonus ? Thanks

I never heard of a promo except at one time they had a member-get-a-member bonus. Haven't heard of one recently.

Sorry I cannot be of help with the promo code, but I recently received notice that if you were newly enrolled in HP and flew during a certain time period (till Dec 15 I think), you would get bonus miles. Anybody have the code?

You do know that flights booked online and completed before May 31 earn 3000 bonus miles?

The last DC newsletter had an America West sign-up promo code. If I remember correctly, it was DC5K for 5K bonus miles. Please let me know if you need more info -- I'll look it up when I get home.
