If you purchase a coach ticket you don't get a class of service bonus, even if you are upgraded. freefaller12k Mar 19, 01, 3:30 pm Snake, LOL FFLASV, in my experience NW, CO, and Delta give miles for service flown as well as elite bonus miles. I do realise thier rules state otherwise, but in practice you get the miles. It's probally due to a limitation on thier tracking system, not the kindness of thier hearts.
