America West FlightFund (Discontinued Program) - America West Reports Record February Traffic

America West Airlines (NYSE: AWA - news) today reported record traffic statistics for the month of February 2001. Revenue passenger miles (RPM) for February were a record 1.5 billion, up 10.2 percent from February 2000. Capacity increased 8.6 percent in February to a record 2.2 billion available seat miles (ASM). The passenger load factor for the month was 67.1 percent compared with 66.1 percent in February 2000.
