I tried to book the HP Net Sale fares yesterday for a trip to LAX for the Long Beach FlyerTalker pow-wow, but was getting a fare $10 higher then the lowest fare found on Travelocity!!! for the same days and departure times!!! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/rolleyes.gif

I called HP reservations and was quoted for the same price for the same flights as travelocity. I complained to the agent about the higher fare for flights departing at the same time and was connected to the internet help desk.

It turns out that there were 2 HP flights PHX-LAX one minute apart, but the HP website was only showing the one that didn't have the lowest fare available, although the display had a red check indicating that the internet special fare was available.

Sneaky, ehh!! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/eek.gif
