According to the OAG, A319's are used on this route. You should have a great flight.

Frontier did just get a new A319 in the past week or so. The Airbi are deliverered to PHX, and then a few days after that they are brought down to MCO to have the DirectTV installed. So I would imagine by the 23rd it should not be an issue.
Also, if you have status on any other airline you can get Ascent comped currently, which gives you free DirectTV. See another thread for details on this current offer.
