All Nippon Airways Mileage Club - ANA still flying to India?

I was wondering if ANA cancelled their routes into India, b/c couldn't find it in any timetable.

They announced Nov. 23 that a Tokyo-Bombay service, via Bangkok, will be suspended from Jan. 17 through March 30, 2002.

You are most welcome. I thought a few of their BKK flights used to extend to DEL, too.

I have their timetable for this month and it lists Mumbay only. And it's 777, not 747.

They used to fly a 763, if I recall correctly, BKK-DEL and back. I will be quite saddened if the flight is gone. It's getting to be virtually impossible to fly into India.

I also hope that these flights won't be cancelled fully as I was looking forward to booking the 140K in F award from North America to India...

Ah ... 763 ... then it must be out of KIX. NH is pulling out of KIX-BKK, too.

A friend of mine works for ANA. According to her, even though the company announcement of this flight is "suspension," it will most likely be discontinued.

ANA is not making money out of their international flights and trying to find excuses to cut back the service... http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif
