Mileage Run Deals - SJC-MCO @ $124 UA

This fare is listed in air-fare.com's fare cut section, but can't seem to be booked at travelocity. A cryptic message "UNCONFIRMED" keeps coming back, then it dumps your record. Seems we're probably too late for this, but I'll try UAL.COM and Expedia and report back. The fares were available on red-eye flights SJC-MCO and 6:30 am flights MCO-SJC. Perfect mileage run.....

Nailed it! 8/17 outbound 6:10 AM, 8/20 back in the PM, $145.30 rt incl. taxes, via UAL.COM.

It's a live one right now!!!!!

My freinds and I nailed down 8 round trips between us!!!!

Even used $400 in bump money to buy 4 of 'em
by finding flights on UAL.com and then calling on the phone to get res... they said that they would not hold for 24 hrs... that we should get to TO ASAP... but if we got to the TO and had probs ...ask for sup... mention phone conv and everything would be cool... and it all worked out....

As my Partner was having TO guy bring up the iteneraries.. the UAL agent kept saying... wow!!! where did you find this deal... so my buddy told him.... another UAL lady over heard the conversation... got up... looked at the guys screen... and said "Wow I have got to call some friends and get them hooked up on this one!!!!!"

Dropped to $104RT on Travelocity this morning. Total via ORD is $126RT. 2.2c/status mile.

This stayed up all day to about 5pm EDT and then disappeared from Travelocity and then United.com 10 minutes later.

I'm glad I booked this before I got home today. Got one trip for $131.00 and another at $128.50.

Since I'm using a $50 UA certificate on each trip, it brings the out-of-pocket cost down to $81.00 and $78.50 respectively.

as of Last Friday, May 11, was no longer available. I made the reservation on Fri AM, and called the UA rep on Fri PM and was told the fare has gone up to $256.....but the agent was nice enough to get the sup to honor the fare since it is the same day. I went to TO asap and purchased with $25 cert, the final price is $105!!!! Since I booked it with United Connection, I will get 1000 bonus miles.
