Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan - Miles not deducted for Upgrade: What would you do?

Last week I upgraded for a future itinerary. The miles, I thought, would be deducted immediately. A week later, they have not been deducted according to my online account...

Should I call Alaska and ask or just remain quiet? Feeling conflicted........

Well I can't say I saw that coming. I don't understand what Skymiles has to do with it, I apologize if I am being dense. Was this an AS upgrade for miles?
