Just a cold sandwich and a cookie. It's not a meal, just a snack. I would advise eating before hand as this is not a filling snack - just a light one.

Per conversation with Alaska reservations today, this is now downgraded to just a light snack for our flights in May...
Don't know if it is effective 2/15 along with the schedule changes, or as of right now.
