Emirates Skywards - Emirates upset at Singapore getting first A380 flight.

I saw a newspaper article where Emirates is very unhappy because Airbus is promising Singapore Airlines that they can make the first commercial A380 flight even though Emirates was the first airline to place a firm order for the A3XX (now the A380).

Apparently a compromise is being worked out where both airlines will commence their commercial A380 service with a flight to London.
Singapore will take off first but Emirates will land first.
