S.P.A.M. - 50 MyPoints sign up for Opinion Square

Go to simple points register for Opinion Square. It downloads something to your computer and if using dial up takes 3-4 mins.

Edited to add: They ask some prelim ?'s re type of internet connection/usage/etc...

FYI - it does not work on a mac.

Wonder if Virtual PC would? I'm not much of a Mac person (no offense to any Mac users). I do on occasion have to load software on them in Vitual PC. Other than some printing issues I thought Vir PC worked pretty well.
