Credit Card Programs - Travelocity/Citibank MasterCard

This seems to be a great rewards-based card with $100 certificates given at 8,000 points and no annual fee. Does anyone have this card who can give me comments?

The card sucks!!!!! You cannot use the rewards for hotels outside of the US. Customer service for Travelocity sucks. Why not get a cash back card such as the Principal visa that offers 1.25 cash back and then go book travel on Orbitz, or something else.
