According to cardweb.com, Discover, MBNA and Bank One were among the first to announce eased policies concerning late fees. Discover is eliminating all late-fee charges until normal mail service is restored while Bank One is waiving late fees on a case-by-case basis. Chase is waiving fees using zip codes to determine which customers are in the affected areas.</font>
