On 10.10. I wanted to check in for a SFO-LAS Flight with two companions. I was at the airport 2h before departure.
My tickets for about 50 US$ were booked by Travelocity 10 a week before departure. This was confirmed and i got a mail with the itinerary and a National Confirmation Code.
As my tickets didtn arrive by mail at the hotel i called Travelocity three times, the last call was on the day of departure. They said they put "OSI" in my data and so i can fetch my ticket at the national counter at SFO.
The Agent at SFO told me then, that my confirmation code reads only as a reservation and that my tickets were not booked by travelocity until they print the tickets (what they werent able to do for some reason - i think they didnt have enough time as the transmitted the data from Germany to the US an then there was a holiday). Arguments for 45 Minutes did'nt help.
The price for the tickets then should be 270,- US$!!! 220 US$ more than booked! And this for three people!
As this flight was the only possibility I booked just one-way at a travel agency at SFO and just reached the flight in time.
Can anybody help with information about customer service of National? Mail/Fax? Or should I go via Travelocity?
