National Airlines Comps - Last minute checkin SFO

I recently flew from SFO to LAS
and checked in 2 hours early
behind me was a lady checking in for a flight departing in 20 minutes

The SFO staff rushed her ahead and walked her to the head of the security line

Seems it benefits to check in last
If there are any national employees on here
I would sure like to hear about why they didnt deny boarding to this woman

We waited 30 min in security line

That's just good customer service.

Wow never expected that type of response

I gather we should all check in 30 min before departure during these tough times and expect airline staff to bow and scrape to rush us to the gate!

And all this for a 25 dollar roundtrip to Vegas
