Wings Alliance - USA local sectors of RTW

I have just booked a RTW ticket originating from South Africa in business class on the "WINGS" alliance but the USA sectors put me in economy class whereas the rest of the world is in either J/D/C. Why is this? Could someone explain please?Thanks
