Wings Alliance - Andean wings

Lan Chile is expected to forge a new alliance within 2 months with 6 other airlines in Latin America.
The new alliance will be called "Andean Wings" and should comprise :
Aerolineas Argentinas
Aeropostal
Avianca
Taca
Tam Paraguay

I saw that too. There was something posted on the Airliners.net board about it but I could not navigate well enough in spanish to find the story on a south american newspaper website.

So what does this mean for the real "Wings" ?
