With costs rising, the Port of Seattle has begun a campaign to get an unprecedented amount of federal money put into a proposed third runway at Sea-Tac Airport.
The port has asked the Federal Aviation Administration for $198.1 million more to help pay for the $1.2 billion project, which the port wants to complete by 2009.
