"A security-screening supervisor at Sea-Tac Airport who had been accused of taking money from other workers seeking promotions was put on administrative leave yesterday while the investigation continues into his case and other issues raised by security screeners.

The acting manager, identified by the Transportation Security Administration as Kevin Morris, was placed on indefinite paid leave on orders from the agency's headquarters in Washington, D.C., TSA spokeswoman Jennifer Marty said.

The order overrode a previous decision by TSA's Sea-Tac director, Bob Blunk, who let Morris work while the investigation was pursued. Blunk said he left Morris on the job because, despite the claim that he had aided others for pay, he wasn't in a position to select who got the promotions."

How many more of these disgusting incidents is Congress going to tolerate before it does the right thing and disbands this disgrace of an agency??

I thought that it is a crime for a federal employee to take a bribe . The action of the FSD to leave the person on the job using a lame excuse is a disgrace and just as criminal. He should be removed also.
