What's the key problem with customer service in the U.S.?
Travel companies nickel and dime people at every corner.

Our travel agent called recently wondering why our bookings were off. I pointed out that they just raised the service fee from $24 to $29 per itinerary. The reason for the decline in booking was that I finally got two of our older travelers "up to speed" on booking flights/hotels/cars on the internet.
We'll still use the agent on all int'l flights but domestic bookings are way down.
Like Joe B. says (with regard to CO....)
what's next, pay toilets for coach?
