Gee, so much for the "three week" period by the WHO. Are they as irrelavent as the United Nations?

Well, let's give WHO the benefit of the doubt, knowing they used two to three week old information to make their original decision last week. Having new and up-to-date information yesterday, kinda makes it three weeks... But the damage has been done for our city.
