This article is very important for future travel to the areas, especially SARS affected ones. Although broadcast on the news in the US, the American media purposely omitted the phrase "affective countries" when filling out a Sars health-declaration form. I found that quite typical of the elite-media.

A follow up: The US elite media after 12 hours have added "affective countries" to the filling out of a Sars health-declaration form.
