...especially given our diet of smokes, coffee and chocolate donuts!

I wouldn't blame the workers (all of whom should be retrained, demoted, or fired); this is the fault of management. Who runs this operation?

On the other hand, who cares? One woman wanting to get by checkpoint charlie does not make another 911.
