UK court adjourns DVT case as judge reveals BA stake

Britain's High Court said on Wednesday it was adjourning a case brought by "economy class syndrome" victims against a group of airlines, after the judge remembered he was a British Airways shareholder.

The judge told the court that he realised he owned 1,450 BA shares when he read about the airline's results in a Tuesday evening newspaper. He subsequently sold the stock.
