ANA copilot's drinking delayed Vietnam-Japan flight
An All Nippon Airways (ANA) plane bound for Narita airport near Tokyo from Vietnam was delayed for nearly seven hours earlier this month because its copilot drank alcohol nearly seven hours before departure in violation of company rules, ANA officials said Sunday.
But the 107 passengers on the Sept 13 flight were told departure was delayed because a crew member was ill.
