Newsstand - "I think there will be 3 major international carriers in Europe" says Rod Eddington

Speaking in a BBC interview he said: "I think there will be three major international carriers in Europe." His comments echoed those of the German carrier Lufthansa's chief executive who said recently that only British Airways, Air France and Lufthansa were likely to survive. At present there are 15 major carriers in Europe.
