Proposal for Heathrow rail link to North

New proposals have been unveiled to introduce a high-speed passenger rail link from Heathrow Airport to the north of England.
The proposed service would use continental-style double-decker trains.
The Heathrow Airport proposal would be in addition to the £5.5 billion Liverpool to Northern France rail freight link proposed by the Anglo-French Central Railway company.
