Newsstand - BA computer problems: flights delayed and cancelled
Today's radio news reports that BA has problems with its computer systems with worldwide effects.
Baggage is being checked in manually, leading to delays.
Three flights have already been cancelled as a result.
Some British Airways (BA) passengers today faced another day of delays because of a computer check-in problem.
Some flights into Gatwick airport were cancelled because of the glitch.
The problem first came to light on Wednesday after BA had carried out an upgrade of the computer system it uses for passenger departures.
Staff have had to resort to checking in passengers manually creating a large backlog.
