Air traffic in South Korea has been paralysed by the heaviest snowfall in 30 years, with hundreds of flights canceled or delayed. More snow is expected.
International and domestic flights in and out of Seoul's Kimpo International Airport have been badly hit. Nine inches of snow fell in the capital, blocking roads, while in coastal regions many ferry services had to be canceled.
