Hopeful aviation career applicants who will be attending the Aviation Employee Placement Service (AEPS) Washington D.C. Career AirFair next week will have a large menu of aviation industry companies to visit. The aviation career forum is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 10 and Saturday, Nov. 11 at the Crystal City Hyatt Regency, Arlington, Virginia near Washington's Reagan National Airport.
More than 40 aviation-related companies will be exhibiting at the D.C. AirFair including 21 U.S. major, national and regional airlines. Other companies setting up recruiting activities at the event include airline training centers, a business aviation fractional operation, aviation management companies, and a considerable number of aircraft maintenance and overhaul companies. In addition, a large aircraft owners association, a prominent aviation foundation, as well as a religious organization dealing with aircraft operations and mission aviation schools will be looking to talk with potential new employees.
The D.C. AirFair will be open in the Hotel's exhibit halls A and B on Friday, Nov. 10, 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday, Nov. 11, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. The Crystal City Hyatt Regency is located at 2799 Jefferson Davis Highway in Arlington. AEPS member applicants and others interested in an aviation career will be charged a modest entry fee.
