Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan - Any tricks to getting 6 or more segment AS/QX trips?

If I get registered for the KL elite + miles comp challenge, I plan to do the challenge on AS/QX. Is there any trick to getting 6 or more segments per round trip? The AS booking seems to offer 4 segments at most.

Hey terenz, the only online booking engine I know of that can handle more than five segments (Expedia's limit) is itn, which lets you input seven segments (click on "multiple cities"). If there are connections within some of the "segments", you can get even more in.
