Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan - HELP... need MVP/Gold info

hey fellow AS flyers,

i need your help. since i made MVP and Gold all in the same month (November) i don't have my cards or anything yet. can one of you e-mail me with the MVP/Gold reservations number? i need to make a change and am getting nowhere with standard reservations. i'm guessing it's probably not cool to post that, so my e-mail address is in my profile. thanks!!

Posting those things here (and even emailing)is usually outside of what you might expect here for obvious reasons, but the general MP line will be glad to give you the #, as will the main reservations line.

yes, i would have thought the same thing, but the lady i spoke to at the general number told me to consult the back of my MVP/Gold card. i tried to explain that i haven't received it yet, which apparently didn't cut the mustard with her.

maybe i should try calling back and speaking to another (more friendly) agent. to tell you the truth i am fairly upset!
