Is the TWA lounge still open for AS pax? Did AS take it over? Or did it just close altogether?

Dear eastbay1K,
I don't think the Board Room at LAX has closed. American Airlines has already shared this particular lounge with TWA before the merger. I think AA is simply taking over the complete operation of this particular Admiral Club and AS will continue to share it. Since AA's RJs will soon arrive at T3 as well, AA will defintely keep it open.
