Mike- congrats on the receipt of your certs -my quest continues.

Just received a letter from Tami (of Healthy Choice) - thanking me for "bringing this matter to our attention" and the fulfillment house would be sending my certs.

However, once again it was the old "the Delta certs are on back order" baloney.Gotta wonder how long something can be on "backorder" before it slips into another category....

At any rate, if I don't receive a response from the fulfillment house in 60 days (which would bring the elapsed time to NINE months)-I am instructed to call ConAgra. Frankly, if they haven't arrived sixty days hence, I rather doubt ConAgra will be my only call...

Does anyone have a number you can call to get the certs or contact healthy choice about this. I still have not recieved my certificates.

I have not yet received my certs, either. I went to the Healthy Choice URL and no help, so I took the link to the ConAgra home page, where I sent a feedback message outlining my complaint. I will also be in Omaha in a couple of weeks and will make a personal visit to their HQ if no resolution by then.

If anyone else is having problems (here it is May 14th!) post here and I'll take everyone's problems to Omaha for possible resolution.

I've been patient thus far, but I just may have to take you up on that offer, spartacus if I don't receive the certificates shortly.

For 3 certificates ordered early November 99
I received the postcard in early March that
the shipment date would be 4/07/00. I got
them 5/1. For 1 certificate ordered
late December I received the postcard in mid April that the shipment date would be 5/19/00.

I appreciated the cards, but I wonder that printing the cards was just as expensive for them as printing certificates. I would be curious if people think they had a real certificate delay problem, or if there was some other business reason to generate bad PR when the point was to get good PR. I feel torn whether or not to switch to Lean Cuisine?

Received Delta certificate 6/1. Mailed to
HC in November. The cert. came by 1st class
mail and it was forwarded to me - so one
concern about class of mail was handled
satisfactorily by HC. Like a good many other
people, the wait has been frustrating, but at the same time, credit must be given to HC for
not just "bailing out".

So, anyone still waiting should not give up
just yet!

I know in Florida the State A/G office has filed suit against several companies concerning rebates and their delays or lack of response in delivering them in a timely fasion.
